Therefore, little children, I am with you to help you to say 'yes' to God and to God's commandments with resoluteness. you are not alone; I am with you through the grace which the Most High gives me for you and your descendants. Thank you for having responded to my call.”

My Heart Will Triumph

Introduction

My name is Mirjana. I've experienced visions of the Virgin Mary for more than 35 years. I cannot say it more directly than that.

I understood that it might be difficult to imagine such a thing happening in modern times.

Even to some believers, miracles are things of the past. But I doubt that anyone was more shocked than I was when it all began. l did not even know such things could take place, especially in Medjugorje, a small village in former Yugoslavia. You should know that I've been tested by doctors and scientist from all over the world, and they all agree on one thing: I am perfectly normal. I even have that in writing.

So, before you question my mental health, with a smile on my face I simply ask: Do you have an official document validating your sanity?

I did not write this to persuade you to believe me. I am just a messenger, and I wish to share my story with the hope that it might bring some comfort to a world in which peace is becoming increasingly scarce.

Saying that my life changed on the afternoon of June 24, 1981 hardly conveys the gravity of what transpired.                                                                       .

Until that day, I lived under the heavy hand of communism and stomached the many aggravations that went along with it, but the worst suffering began after I and five other children experienced something extraordinary.

What we saw radically changed us, our families, and millions of people around the world, but it also provoked the wrath of the Yugoslav regime. Fearing that my testimony was a threat to their rule, the communists declared me an enemy of the state when I was just 16 years old.

Perhaps their fears were warranted, because I had come to know something far greater than the communist government---far greater, in fact, than anything on Earth...I had come to know God's love.  Mirjana Soldo

This is Mirjana's first book. It is human nature to be a 'doubting Thomas', we all have doubts at time. Reading this book will allay any doubts you may have in the truth of Our Blessed Mothers Messages or the ' ten secrets' which are to be revealed to the world.

Apparitions to Mirjana

"Dear children, with motherly love I am coming to help you to have more love and that means more faith. I am coming to help you to live with love the words of my Son, so that the world would be different. Therefore, apostles of my love, I am gathering you around myself. Look at me with the heart, speak to me as to a mother about your pains, sufferings and your joys. Ask me to pray to my Son for you. My Son is merciful and just. My motherly heart would desire for you also to be like that. My motherly heart would desire that you, apostles of my love, speak of my Son and of me to all those around you with your life; so that the world would be different; that simplicity and purity would return; that faith and hope would return. Therefore, my children, pray, pray, pray with the heart, pray with love, pray with good works. Pray that everyone would come to know my Son, so that the world would change, that the world would be saved. With love live the words of my Son. Do not judge, instead love one another so that my heart could triumph . Thank you."

God and Money

24 'No one can be the slave of two masters: he will either hate the first and love the second, or be attached to the first and despise the second. You cannot be the slave both of God and of money.

Trust in Providence

25 That is why I am telling you not to worry about your life and what you are to eat, nor about your body and what you are to wear.  Surely life is more than food, and the body more than clothing!  

26 Look at the birds in the sky. They do not sow or reap or gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not worth much more than they are? 

27 Can any of you, however much you worry, add one single cubit to your span of life 

28 And why worry about clothing? Think of the flowers growing in the fields; they never have to work or spin:

29 yet I assure you that not even Solomon in all his royal robes was clothed like one of these.

30 Now if that is how God clothes the wild flowers growing in the field which are there today and thrown into the furnace tomorrow, will he not much more look after you, you who have so little faith?

31 So do not worry; do not say, "What are we to eat? What are we to drink? What are we to wear?

32 It is the gentiles who set their hearts on all these things. Your heavenly Father knows you need them all.

33 Set your hearts on his kingdom first, and on God's saving justice, and all these other things will be given you as well.

34 So do not worry about tomorrow: tomorrow will take care of itself.  Each day has enough trouble of its own.'

Father Slavko: You know a great deal about the secrets; what would you like to say to us about the secrets? 

Mirjana: What can I say? The secrets are secrets! There are good and bad facts in the secrets; but I can only tell you to pray and prayer will help. I have heard that many people fear these secrets. I say that this means that they have no faith. Why be afraid if we know that God is our Father, and Mary is our Mother? Parents do not harm their children.  Fear is a sign that we do not have trust.

Today I am calling you to profoundly live your faith and to implore the Most High to strengthen it, so that winds and storms cannot break it.  May the roots of your faith be prayer and hope I eternal life. Already now, little children, work on yourselves in this time of grace, were in God is giving you the grace – through renunciation and the call to conversion – to be people of clear and preserving faith and hope. Thank you for having responded to my call."

Pope Names Envoy to Medjugorje

Vatican City (CSN) – Without commenting on the authenticity of alleged Marian apparitions in Medjugorje, Bosnia—Herzegovina, Pope Francis has appointed a Polish archbishop to study the pastoral needs of the townspeople and the thoughts of pilgrims who flock to the town each year. The pope chose Archbishop Henryk Hoser of Warsaw-Praga as his special envoy in Medjugorje the Vatican announced Feb. 11th.

Archbishop Hoser: “I believe in Mary, in All of Her Manifestations”

Following his appointment as the Holy Father’s “special envoy” to Medjugorje, Archbishop Henryk Hoser has given a short interview to the Italian website La Fede Quotidiana.

He was asked if he had expected his commission and replied that he didn’t know the reason why Pope Francis assigned him the post. “Of course, I am grateful,” he continued.  “I will give it all my commitment.  The Mission does not alarm me.

Questioned about being defined a ‘conservative’ bishop Msgr. Hoser said, “I do not define myself in that way. Rather, I am a man of the Church, who seeks to be faithful to the Word, to doctrine and tradition, to all the documents. If this means conservative’, then I’m conservative.

The Polish prelate then agreed that the people of Poland generally nourish a positive feeling towards Medjugorje and added: “The Catholics of this nation, which is deeply Marian, have a positive view about Medjugorje and a lot of them go there, as from other nations, so this means something. But I will not deal with theological aspects or apparitions, only with the Pontifical commission.  My task is pastoral.”

And the seers: “for me they are neither a problem nor the problem. I repeat, they are not part of my commission.”

It was put to the arch bishop that John Paul II harbored good feelings towards Medjugorje. Msgr. Hoser responded, “He was devoted to the Virgin Mary in general, including that of Medjugorje. It’s not a bad thing.”

Archbishop Hoser is noted for his defense and promotion of family values and confirmed the Virgin’s role in this.  “It’s true.  It’s very important to invoke Mary for the protection of the family, formed by a man and a woman united by the sacrament of marriage. At Medjugorje, we find the Rosary, Eucharistic adoration, fasting and penance are present, and these encourage the development of faith.”

Asked about the “fruits” of Medjugorje the “special envoy” reiterated that his role is confined to pastoral issues and not doctrine, “not to the issue of truthfulness”. He added, “With regard t the fruit in souls, I find positive.  By fruits I mean the practice of the sacraments, conversions, change of life, participation in the Mass. This is what happens at Medjugorje – we cannot deny it or do without it pastorally.”

Asked about his recent recovery from malaria and the rumor that he had prayed to Our Lady of Medjugorje, Archbishop Hoser responded: “I contracted malaria in Africa. I have prayed to the Virgin Mary, in all her manifestations.”

Medjugorje's parish priest Marinko Šakota responded to the news of the appointment of a special envoy saying: “This is an answer to prayer, a moment of grace and joy, and also a time of great responsibility for the parish of Medjugorje.”

Secrets

Just as the Fatima seers received secrets, the visionaries in Medjugorje have also been given secrets that they must keep until the time arrives when they are to be revealed. There is a reason for these secrets, just as Jesus also had His reasons for asking people during His public life to keep quiet about certain things.

Jesus told the apostles who were with Him at the Transfiguration not to reveal what happened until after His Resurrection. And Jesus sometimes told the people He healed not to tell. For instance, in the first chapter of Mark, when Jesus cleanses the leper, He says, “See that you say nothing to anyone…” Did you ever wonder why Jesus wanted to keep the healing a secret? Scripture scholars mention several reasons why Jesus wanted the healings to be a secret. First, Jesus did not want His miracles to be disconnected from His saving message. Secondly, He wanted to avoid the prospect that the Messiah would be a political or military leader. And third, He did not want to instigate his enemies before the chosen time of his Passion.

Seven Words of Jesus and Mary

After having yielded up his garments to those who shook dice for them, he on the cross now yields up her who wove the seamless garment. Our Blessed Lord looks down  to the two most beloved creatures he has on earth: Mary and John. He speaks first to his Blessed Mother. He does not call her "Mother, but Woman."

As St. Bernard so lovingly put it, if he had called her "Mother," she would have been just his mother and no one else's. In order to indicate that she is now becoming the other of all men whom he redeems, he endows her with; the title of universal motherhood: "Woman." Then indicating with a gesture of his head the presence of his beloved disciple, he added: "Behold thy son." He does not call him John, for if he did, John would have been only the son of Zebedee; he left him unnamed that he might stand for all humanity.

It was a kind of testament. At the Last Supper he willed to mankind his Body and Blood. "This is my body! This is my blood!" Now he was willing his mother: "Behold thy Mother." Our Blessed Lord was here establishing a new relationship; a relationship by which his own mother became the mother of all mankind, and we in turn became her children.

This new bond was not carnal, but spiritual. There are other ties than those of blood. Blood may be thicker than water, but spirit is thicker than blood.  All men, whatever be their color, race, blood, are in the spirit; "For whosoever shall do the will of my Father that is in heaven he is my brother, and sister, and mother" (Mt 12:50)

Mary had seen God in Christ; now her son was telling her to see Christ in all Christians. She was never to love anyone else but him, but he would now be in those who he redeemed. The night before, he had prayed that all men might be one in him as there is but one life for the Vine and its branches. Now he was making her the custodian not only of the Vine but also of the branches through time and eternity. She had given birth to the King; now she was begetting the Kingdom.

The very thought of this Bride of the Spirit becoming the mother of humanity is overwhelming, not because God thought of it, but because we so seldom ever think of it. We have become so used to seeing the Madonna with the Child in Bethlehem that we forget that same Madonna is holding you and me at Calvary. Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen.

St. Medjugorje Message, March 18, 2017 - The Annual Apparition of Our Lady to Mirjana Dragicevic-Soldo

The visionary Mirjana Dragicevic-Soldo had daily apparitions from June 24th 1981 to December 25th 1982. During the last daily apparition, Our Lady gave her the 10th secret, and told her that she would appear to her once a year, on the 18th of March. It has been this way through the years. Several thousand pilgrims gathered in prayer of the Rosary. The apparition lasted from 13:44 to 13:48.

"Dear children! My motherly desire is for your hearts to be. filled with peace, and for your souls to be pure so that in the presence of my Son you could see His face. Because, my children, as a mother I know that you thirst/or consolation, hope and protection. You, my children, consciously and unconsciously are seeking my Son. I also, as I passed the time on earth, rejoiced, suffered and patiently endured pains, until my Son, in all His glory, removed them. And that is why I am saying to my Son: help them always.

You, my children, with true love, illuminate the darkness of selfishness which all the more envelopes my children. Be generous. May both your hands and heart always be open. Do not be afraid. Abandon yourselves to my Son with trust and hope. As you look towards Him, live life with love. To love means to give oneself, to endure, and never to judge. To love means to live the words of my Son. My children, as a mother, I am speaking to you: only true love leads to eternal  happiness.  Thank you."
